DUE TO HEALTH & SAFELY WE CAN NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF PIERCINGS OR USED OR OPENED ITEMS COSMETIC OR TOILETRY PRODUCTS (with the exception of faulty or damaged items)
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES WITH A RECEIPT
POLICY
We are happy to exchange or refund any item returned in a UNUSED saleable condition, in its original
packaging with its receipt within 28 days
A refund will be issued by the original payment method, to the value of the item printed on the receipt.
If you do not have a receipt, we may, at our discretion offer an exchange to the value of the current or most recent selling
price.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES FOR FAULTY OR DAMAGED
ITEMS
If you have brought a product from us in the last 14 days which is damaged or faulty we will happily exchange or refund your product
for you.
If you have brought a product from more than 14 days ago but less than 30 days ago which is damaged or faulty we will happily exchange your product for you. You may be asked for proof the item was
damaged at time of purchase.
COURSES
Where an expiry date is applicable, any unused sessions will be lost.
Sessions booked and then cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or unattended sessions will result in the loss of that session.
Courses are non-refundable.
If you are no longer able to complete your course you may at our discretion be offered an alternative to the value of the remainder of the course.
